Please note the day change for the 2025 event. Just For Her will be held on Friday & Saturday. We have added longer hours on Friday and Saturday to compensate for the removal of a Sunday shopping day.
Booth fee does not include electricity, table or chairs. You will have a black drape at the back wall of your booth and 3' side walls to separate you from the vendors beside you. Information regarding furniture rentals will be included in the Vendor Packet.
There is a $50 additional fee for booth sharing.

Please DO NOT add a booth for the second registration as that will duplicate the booth charge.
As of 4/19/25 (60 days prior to the event), full payment is due for all booth registrations. Payments are non-refundable.
*Please Note: If you are mailing your payment by check, you MUST PAY IN FULL. A partial payment will NOT secure your booth. A $1 Registration fee will be added to your order.

Handmade = exhibitor handcrafts at least 50% of their products, sells vintage products, and/or sells artisan food. All Handmade vendors are juried and not automatically accepted. Franchise and direct sales companies do not qualify.

THE VIP PARTY IS BACK! 300 guests will enjoy a special goodie bag filled with vendor items. Recommended items include: sample products, logo items (keychain, water bottles, bracelets, etc.), and/or coupon cards to use at the event. We will list all contributing vendors on our VIP marketing materials! Items must be delivered to Leawood, KS 60 days prior to the event.
Image or logo featured with a link to your website or social page. Featured Vendor website page will also be promoted in Just For Her Event eblasts. Listing stays up for 6 months. Example: https://farfallaeventco.com/just-for-her-event/featured-vendors/
Inclusion in an eblast sent to a database of 40,000 with one image, a brief description of your business, contact information and social links. Also Includes a Facebook/Instagram post with featured information.
The Giveaway Contest will launch in June. Followers will be encouraged to enter to win a vendor prize valued at $75 or more on our social media pages and through our website. Each day of the contest is a new prize and a new chance to win. *Prizes must be valued at $100. Prize spots are limited, so please enter early if you would like to be considered! Prizes will be picked up by the winner at the vendor's booth at the Just For Her Event.
