*Please note, this event is juried, meaning all vendors must go through the application process and not all applications are accepted. All applicants will be notified if they have been accepted or placed on our wait list. 

If you receive an email stating that you are accepted as a vendor, you MUST submit the payment form linked in the email with at least 50% payment to save your spot! Please submit as soon as possible, as we do fill up very quickly!

*Tables, chairs and electrical are NOT included in the booth fee.

Booths do not come with electricity, table or chairs.

*Due to recent changes in tenting prices and availability, TENTS WITH BACKS are no longer available as a booth option. Tent backs can be rented directly from the tenting company for $30. To order, please email: [email protected] 


NO TENT BACK booths are in single rows and have poles on the booth corners. There is space between you and the neighbor behind you. 

OPEN AIR booths have no poles and back up against the neighbor behind you.

Open Air Tent

Professional white tenting will be provided. A $30 tenting fee will be added to the booth totals.

All booths are juried. You will be notified within a week if you have been accepted.  A 50% of payment is due upon acceptance. The remaining 50% will be automatically billed August 3, 2026.

No direct sales will be accepted/included at this event. No products may be brought to the event that were not listed previously noted on your application without approval.
